Judgment

Heard on admission. Perused the documents annexed with the revision petition.
The revision has been preferred against the order dated 18.1.2018 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur in Sessions Trial No.5 of
2018, whereby charges have been framed against the Applicant/accused under Sections 307, 397 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on 9.9.2017 at about 9:00 p.m., the Applicant/accused entered the house of Complainant Poonam Kumar Bhardwaj and assaulted
him on the back of his neck and on the head with a knife. He roped his legs and hands and gagged his mouth with a piece of cloth. He switched on
burner of the gas cylinder kept in the house and burnt the clothes of his house. He looted his motorcycle, purse and mobile phone and ran away from
there.
From perusal of the First Information Report, the medical evidence and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure of the Complainant and other witnesses, prima facie it appears that the aforesaid charges framed against the Applicant/accused are made
out. Therefore, the Trial Court has rightly framed the said charges.
I find no merit in this revision. The revision is, therefore, dismissed.
