It is noted from the adjudication of 27.08.2019, 12.09.2019 and 27.09.2019 that there was no representation on behalf of the parties when the matter was called. There is no representation on behalf of the parties even today when the matter is called. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and hence the same is dismissed for default.
