Judgment
Admit. Issue notice upon respondent. Mr. Abhishek Malhotra, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and also to the Annexures of this petition especially Annexure P-1 to be read with Annexure P-5 and other documents annexed with the memo of the petition, there is a prima facie view in favour of the petitioner and balance of convenience is also in favour of the petitioner, and if stay, as prayed for in this petition is not granted, it will lead to irreparable loss to the petitioner, we, therefore, direct the respondent not to disconnect the supply of signals of its channels to the petitioner’s network till the next date of hearing on a condition that the petitioner shall make the payments of legally payable amount regularly for the signals received from the respondent.
Respondent may file their counter affidavit on or before the next date of hearing. Notice is made returnable on 8.7.2022.
