Judgment

Petitioner is a Member of Raksha Retreat 2 Owners Welfare Society, Bhimtal, District Nainital. He is aggrieved by his temporary suspension vide order dated 18.06.2021, passed by Secretary of the Society.
Mr. Anil Kumar Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has apprised the Court that petitioner has made representation against the order dated 18.06.2021, however, no decision has been taken by the Secretary on his representation.
This Court is not inclined to entertain internal dispute between a Member and Executive Committee of a respondent society.
Learned counsel for the petitioner then submits that petitioner will submit a detailed representation and the Secretary of the Society may be directed to take decision on his representation within some stipulated time frame.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the Secretary of the Society within ten days from today. If such representation is made within stipulated time, Secretary of the Society shall consider the same and pass appropriate order thereupon, in accordance with law, within three weeks from the date of production of such representation along with certified copy of this order.
For a period of four weeks or till disposal of petitioner's representation, whichever is earlier, impugned order dated 18.06.2021 shall be kept in abeyance.
