Ld. Counsels representing both sides present. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner filed memo stating that pursuant to the settlement agreement dated 24.04.2023 the Petitioner is not to pursuing this Company Petition. Memo is taken on record. In the light of the Memo nothing survives for adjudication in the Company Petition. Hence CP is hereby dismissed. Since CP is dismissed, all pending IAs also stand dismissed. No costs.
