Judgment
I.A. No. 3459 of 2022:
This Application by the Resolution Professional prays for further extension of CIRP period for thirty days. It is submitted that this Tribunal has disposed of the matter vide its final order dated 04.01.2022 and by subsequent order dated 25.07.2022 thirty days’ time was further extended. However, Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 25.07.2022 passed in Civil Appeal No. 4895 of 2022 has granted interim order due to which the further process of CIRP could not be completed. However, the Appeal with regard to which interim order was passed has now been finally disposed of on 09.09.2022. In view of the aforesaid, this application has been filed for extension of 30 days which could not be utilized due to order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
Learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the prayer made.
We find substance in the application praying for extension of time. CIRP process is extended for further 30 days period from today. Application I.A. No. 3459 of 2022 is disposed of.
