An urgent mentioning through application filed on 03.02.2021 for listing and hearing of the miscellaneous application has been made on the grounds
stated therein.
The learned senior counsel Mr. Sudhir Nandrajog, appeared on behalf of the appellant has made an urgent mentioning of the matter by filing an
application on the ground that a communication letter bearing No.YBL/DEL/FL/1134A/2020-21 dated 07.01.2021 issued by YES Bank Ltd., has been
received by the appellant in which YES Bank has sanctioned an additional facility of Rs. 25.00 Crores to the appellant subject to the condition that this
Tribunal grants approval for creation of a second charge for the aforesaid banking facility being sanctioned under Emergency Credit Line Guarantee
Scheme.
In view of the above, list the miscellaneous application on 23rd February, 2021.
