ORDER
Petitioner along with his counsel present. Respondent present. Both sides stated that matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect they have filed a joint memo of settlement. Memo is taken on record which forms part of the order. Accordingly, CP (IB) No.770/9/HDB/2019 is closed as settled vide separate order.
