Judgment
T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The Petitioner''s complaint in the writ petition is that his request for inter district transfer from Kannur District to Thiruvananthapuram District is not being considered in accordance with law and with the relevant Government Orders. Ext. P2 is the application submitted by the Petitioner.
Learned Government Pleader on getting instructions submitted that no further vacancies exist for considering the application. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has got details of further vacancies and the same will be produced along with the representation before the 3rd Respondent.
If the Petitioner files an appropriate representation before the 3rd Respondent, he will conduct due enquiries in the matter and take appropriate decision with regard to the application of the Petitioner, a copy of which has been produced as Ext. P2 herein, within a period of six weeks. The Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition for compliance.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
