The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the subject property has already been settled by the 5th respondent in favour of the sister and brother of the petitioner, who are mentally disordered persons. Therefore, the petitioner is not at all entitled to any share in the subject property and without being any share, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, as if the 5th respondent is making an attempt to vacate the petitioner forcibly.
The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District is suo-motu impleaded as 6th respondent. Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the newly impleaded 6th respondent.
The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District is directed to verify about the presence of the 5th respondent, who is the mother of the petitioner, in Door No.7/55B, Keelaurappanoor, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and if there is any complaint against the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District is directed to register the said complaint and ensure that the 5th respondent resides in the above said address, without any disturbance from the petitioner, who is none other than the son and file a report before the next hearing date.
