ORDER

Adv. Raveena Modi appearing for the Financial Creditor is present. None appeared for the Corporate Debtor.

Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor brought to our notice that the Corporate Debtor has already been undergoing CIRP vide admission order dated 27.09.2023 passed by the NCLT, Court-VI in C.P.(IB)-592/MB/2022.

In view of the same, the above C.P.(IB)-1315(MB)/2022 becomes infructuous and disposed of.

Financial Creditor may put their claim before IRP.
