Judgment
ORDER
23.12.2024: This appeal challenges the impugned order dated 09.12.2024 wherein though an ad interim relief, in terms of the prayer clause ‘gg’, was sought but was granted beyond the scope of prayer ‘gg’. Learned Sr. Counsel for Appellant submits he shall be satisfied in case Ld. NCLT is directed to hear the arguments on an interim prayer made in CP No.
159/2024 on 14.01.2025 and to dispose of such prayer, preferably, within two weeks from hearing of arguments.
Ld. Sr. Counsel for Respondent submits there are various important documents, they intend to file to rebut the arguments of the Appellant. Reply to such interim prayer, along with relevant documents be filed before the Ld.
NCLT within two weeks from today. Rejoinder be filed prior to the date of hearing. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above. All pending applications, if any are also disposed of.
