By this petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction to the respondent no.4 to comply with the letter dated 14.7.2021 issued by the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Samajik Vanikaran Vibhag, Vadodara whereby, the direction has been issued to the Range Forest Officer, Samajik Vanikaran Range, Pavi Jetpur to file a complaint. Mr. Krutik Parikh, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent no.1, was required to take instructions.
Today, Mr. Parikh, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record certain documents, including the communication dated 14.7.2021, so also the communication dated 5.8.2021. The said documents are ordered to be taken on record.
Apropos the communication dated 14.7.2021, the office of the Range Forest Officer, Itwada Samajik Vanikaran Range, Jetpur Pavi had addressed a letter to the Police Sub-Inspector, Jetpur Pavi, requesting it to lodge an FIR in connection with the incident of demolishing the Van Kutir by the encroachers.
In view of the communication dated 5.8.2021, Mr. Malaykumar S. Patel, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage, as the grievance raised in the present writ petition, stands resolved.
Request is acceded to. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage. No order as to costs.
