The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.54/2020 of Police

Station Kotwali Chittorgarh, District Chittorgarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Sections 16/17, 18 of POCSO Act.

Lawyers are abstaining from work in view of the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-

19).

Learned AAG appearing for the State has opposed the bail application.

I have heard learned AAG, perused the challan papers as well as statement of the prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and also the facts that the challan of the case has already been presented and the

accused petitioner is in judicial custody and the trial of the case will take a long considerable time, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Vishnu Natt S/o Shri Sojiram Natt shall be

released on bail in connection with FIR No.54/2020 of Police Station Kotwali Chittorgarh, District Chittorgarh, provided he executes a personal bond

in a sum of Rs.40,000/- with one sound and solvent surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that

court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
