This Court vide order dated 19.02.2024 directed Registrar (Judicial) Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur to procure the status report of the trial pending before the Court of Special Judge POCSO Act Cases No.2, Bhilwara in connection with FIR No.78/2022, registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Bhilwara. In compliance of the order dated 19.02.2024, the status report of the aforesaid trail has been furnished by the Court of Special Judge POCSO Act Cases No.2, Bhilwara.
From the perusal of the status report, this Court finds that the delay in trial has occurred due to the reasons beyond the control of the Court of Special Judge POCSO Act Cases No.2.
In view thereof, the present criminal misc. application No.516/2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2085/2023 is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of 8 months from the date of this order.
The registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned trial Court.
