On the affidavit filed by the Corporate Debtor giving an undertaking to make payment by 31.10.2019, the Operational Creditor, being satisfied with the affidavit, having sought for the closure of this case, this IBA/871/2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn making it clear that the Operational Creditor has liberty to file fresh application in the event this settlement has failed.
