Rajiv Sharma, J
CM No. 3620-CWP of 2020 has been filed by the applicants-petitioners for modification of order dated 25.2.2020.
Vide order dated 25.2.2020, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 3 lacs on the same day. The petitioners have not deposited the
amount on that day.
The main case is listed for 12.5.2020. The date of hearing is preponed from 12.5.2020 to today.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have allegedly deposited the said amount with the respondent-bank on 26.2.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were informed by the officers/officials of the respondent-bank that the amount
cannot be credited in their loan account due to digital error. However, the name of the officer/official, who has informed them about the non-credit of
amount, was not known to them.
Since the order dated 25.2.2020 has not been complied with, the writ petition as well as the applications stand dismissed.
