Heard. This Court has already extended the benefit of interim bail to the applicant on 06.03.2012. This M. Cr.C. has been filed seeking permission to visit Australia where the applicant is not only pursuing his academic career but is also employed on the part time basis as a member of Floor Staff at Steak House Restaurant at Melbourne, and therefore, is required to not only visit the place of his study and employment but also remain there for a considerable period of time.

This Court vide order dated 06.03.2012 had permitted the applicant to stay in Australia till 28.03.2012 on the basis of the earlier order passed by this Court on 08.02.2012 in M. Cr.C.No. 1187/2012 subject to the certain conditions including the following:-

The Passport and the Visa of the applicant will carry an endorsement that he will not be permitted to stay in Australia beyond the period of his date of return, i.e. 28.03.2012.

Counsel for the applicant now contends that the applicant is ready and willing to abide by all the terms and conditions as thought fit by this Court.

Accordingly, it is directed that on the same quantum of bail and bond as already stipulated by the interim order dated 06.03.2012 in the present M. Cr.C., the applicant will enjoy the benefit of bail subject to the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 06.03.2012 except the fact that Condition no.6 contained in the said order will stand substituted by the following :-

The Passport and the Visa of the applicant will carry an endorsement that the applicant, as when required in the hearings of Criminal Case no. 1481/2011 (State Vs. Jeewan Ram Meena & Others) pending before ACJM, Dabra, District Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (India), will without fail attend the said Court, failing which the Court below will be free to take coercive steps against applicant.

This order will be read conjointly with the order dated 06.03.2012. With the above said, this M. Cr.C. stands disposed of.
