A perusal of the reply furnished to the writ petition, contents whereof are duly supported by an affidavit, and, relevant paragraph 7 (i-iv), whereof

stand extracted hereinafter, discloses that the respondent is leading towards according the benefits to the writ petitioner, similar to the one, as, become

meted to the petitioners in CWP No. 4764 of 2013 titled as Sh. Amar Singh Maratha, and, in CWP No. 9156 of 2014 titled as Sh. R.K Moudgil versus

State of H.P and others.

Para-7 (i-iv) That in reply to these pars it is submitted that as already explained in preliminary submission and paras supra that the applicant will be

given similar treatment as already has been given to similar situated persons in CWP No. 4764/2013 titled as Sh. Amar Singh Maratha versus State of

H.P and others and in CWP No. 9156/2014 titled as Sh. R.K Moudgil versus State of H.P & others and he will be treated on deputation in the Milk

Federation till he completes 10 years of service.â€​

Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to, withdraw the instant petition. Permission granted. The

present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However the respondent concerned is directed, to, within three weeks, mete completest compliance with

the contents enumerated in the reply as become furnished on affidavit. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
