Judgment

The present Application has been filed by the applicant-Vipin Yadav seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.96 of 2025, registered at Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar under Sections 109, 115(2), 333, 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
According to the First Information Report dated 16.03.2025, there was an altercation between the children on 14.03.2025. After that, the applicant along with co-accused came to the house of the informant. The applicant assaulted the informant’s husband, due to which his ear was cut off.
Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for State.
Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Advocate, submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present matter. He does not have any criminal antecedents. The co-accused Smt. Pooja and Smt. Sonia have already been granted interim bail.
Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder, on instructions, has sought two weeks’ time to file objection to the Anticipatory Bail Application.
Time is granted.
Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, as an ad-interim measure, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant Vipin Yadav, he shall be released on interim bail on executing a personal bond of Rs.30,000/- and two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/ Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions:-
(i) Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency and he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
(ii) Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of this case.
(iii) Applicant shall not leave the country without the previous permission of this Court.
