The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhind to expedite the investigation pending in private complaint case No.UNCR/4740/2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint has been filed against the respondent who is Sub Inspector posted at Kotwali Bhind. It is further submitted that as the Sub Inspector belongs to the same city, therefore, the complainant is not able to produce his witnesses before the learned trial Court. On these grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the CJM, Bhind to expedite the case.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to raise all the grievance before the concerned Court and the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhind is directed to dispose of the proceedings pending in the private complaint case No.UNCR/4740/2018 as expeditiously as possible.
Consequently, this petition stands disposed of.
