Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with Clause 3.13 of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2025. It is submitted that the petitioner has assailed the impugned order of transfer, inter alia, on the ground that the petitioner's wife is also in government service and is presently posted at Janjgir-Champa, where the petitioner is also posted.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
