Notice confined to respondents No. 1 to 3, as no adverse order is being passed against the private respondent, therefore, no notice is being issued to him. Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3.
By way of this petition, the petitioner is challenging the office order dated 14.03.2024, in terms whereof, the petitioner has been transferred from GSSS, Khani, District Mandi, H.P. to GSSS, Mehridhar, District Mandi, without TTA and joining time, on the abasis of a DO Note issue by respondent No. 4.
On a query put to learned Counsel for the petitioner as to what is the stay of the petitioner are the present place of posting, he apprised the Court that though stay of the petitioner there is complete and but without there being any request of the petitioner for transfer, he has been transferred without payment of TTA and joining time.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting, the Court is not interfering with the impugned transfer order but respondents are directed to forthwith release him TTA and give him joining time as per rules. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
