2). The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

'a) Issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directionc ommanding the Respondent 3, to decide my application dated 14/07/2022 on or before date of surrender and communicate to me and give 48 hours to challenge order by way of writ petitoin and not to take any coercive action against Ptitioner till finally disposal of this petition.

b) Ad-interim protection in terms of prayer clause a) till next date of hearing.

c) Issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby calling for the records and re-examng the issue of the not deciding application dated 14.07.2022.

d) For costs.'

3). It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that  the  petitioner  has  not  surrendered  till  date. In  these circumstances, there is no question that the reliefs as prayed for can at all be granted.

4) The petition is accordingly dismissed.
