This intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the impugned order dated 28th of Sept., 2022, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant has been dismissed.

The contention of the appellant before the learned Single Judge was that she applied for appointment on the post of Safai Karamchari pursuant to the advertisement dated 13.04.2018, however, her candidature was rejected illegally on the ground that along with the application form, the appellant has not annexed the experience certificate as per the mandatory condition of the recruitment advertisement. The appellant has contended before the learned Single Judge that though, the experience certificate was very much annexed with the application form, but the respondents have deliberately removed the said certificate from her application form with the intention to give undue advantage to other candidates.

The learned Single Judge has rejected the said contentions while observing that in support of the above allegations, the appellant has failed to place any material on record.

Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and after going through the writ petition and the annexures filed along along with it, we are also of the opinion that the appellant has failed to place any material on record to substantiate her allegation that her experience certificate though was filed along with the application form, but the same was later on removed by the respondents to give undue advantage to other candidates.

In view of the above, we do not find any merit in this intra Court appeal and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
