1] They are heard and perused the case diary.

2] This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.230/2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Gandhinagar, District-Indore (M.P.), subsequent charge-sheet under Sections 366-A, 376(2)(n), 376(3) and 506 of IPC, Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and other consequential proceedings arising out of the said crime number.

3] Petitioner Vikas and respondent No.2/victim are present in person and on a query made by this Court, the respondent No.2 has also admitted that she has no further grievances with the petitioner and they have settled their disputes out of the Court.

4] Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that the parties have amicably settled their disputes out of the Court, and the petitioner has also solemnized marriage with the respondent No.2, and in such circumstances, the petition may be allowed.

5] Counsel for the respondent No.2 has also submitted that she has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the FIR is quashed.

6] Counsel for the State has submitted that appropriate order may be passed. 7] Heard. Having considered the rival submissions and on perusal of the case-diary as also the documents filed on record and further considering the fact that the respondent No.2/prosecutrix has no objection if the FIR is quashed, this Court is inclined to allow the present petition.

8] Accordingly, the petition is hereby allowed and the FIR bearing Crime No.230/2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Gandhinagar, District-Indore (M.P.), subsequent charge-sheet under Sections 366-A, 376(2)(n), 376(3) and 506 of IPC, Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and other consequential proceedings arising out of the said crime number, so far as it relates to the present petitioner, are hereby quashed.

9] Accordingly, the petition stands allowed and disposed of.

10] All the Interlocutory Applications are hereby disposed of.
