Ranjit Singh, J.—The Petitioner seeks quashing of advertisement dated 28.2.2011 vide which applications are invited for dealership of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Distribution Scheme at Village Assan Khurd, Block Matlauda, District Panipat.

2.

The Petitioner is resident of Village Assankalan, Block Matlauda, District Panipat. Since the advertisement is for Assan Khurd, the Petitioner has not been able to apply for allotment of the dealership so advertised. He has accordingly filed this writ petition, seeking direction that he be permitted to apply as the Villages Assan Khurd and Assankalan are same and there is not even difference of road. Even from the pleadings, it is seen that Villages Assan Khurd and Assankalan are different. As per the Petitioner, Assankalan is bigger village and advertisement has been issued for Village Assan Khurd only to benefit and to deprive the candidates belonging to Assankalan. It is not for the writ court to see for which place the advertisement should be issued by the Respondent-Companies. The Respondent-companies are the best judge for selecting the site for distribution of LPG agencies and issue that residents of other village should be permitted to apply is not a justiciable.

3.

There is no merit in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
