After hearing the learned senior counsel/ learned counsel for the parties at some length a statement was made by the learned senior counsel for the

respondent that certain pages of the additional documents that are sought to be filed vide application dated June 16, 2021 are illegible. It was also

stated that in view of this fact it is not possible for the respondent to contend as to whether these documents were filed before SEBI or not prior to the

issuance of the show cause notice.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct the appellants to file clear copies of the additional sub-documents that is sought to be brought on record. The

same may be done by moving a fresh application along with the documents within two weeks from today. List on October 08, 2021.

Parties are directed to take instructions from the Registrar 48 hours before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the matters would be

taken up for hearing through video conference or through physical hearing.

The present matters were heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor

a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on

behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally

signed copy sent by fax and/or email.
