In these petitions, the petitioners have taken up the issues of allotment of advocates’ chambers in Jaipur Metropolitan Court. With the intervention of the Court and positive and constructive approach adopted by all concerned, the issues have been amicably resolved. The District Judge, Jaipur has submitted a report indicating that the vacant possession of all 56 chambers have been returned to the District Judge. The allotment of the chambers as per the allotment rules and regulations would, therefore, now proceed. The committee constituted by the District Judge for such purpose is already in seisin of the matter and would proceed further for making such allotments in terms of the rules and regulations.

Before closing, we record our appreciation of all lawyers who have shown patience, restrain and also cooperative approach. Without such approach adopted by all concerned, the situation could not have been resolved in such a short time. We close all issues at this stage and specifically provide that there will be no repercussions on any of the advocates in any manner including for allotment of chambers who might have in the past occupied any of the chambers.

With these observations, all the petitions are disposed of. All connected applications stand disposed of.
