Judgment
Rajiv Sharma, J.—Petitioner had been working as Chainman. A direction was issued by the erstwhile learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative vide judgment dated 27.11.2002, rendered in O.A. No. 2312 of 2002 to consider the case the case of Petitioner for regularization. However, the Respondents instead of regularizing the services of the Petitioner as Chainman, had regularized her as Chowkidar-Cum-Sweeper on 16.09.2003. It is difficult for the Petitioner to discharge her duties as Chowkidar-Cum-Sweeper during the night time.
Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for regularization to the post of Chainman/Peon, in view of the directions issued by the learned Tribunal on 27.11.2002. It is also made clear that since the Petitioner had been working for more than two decades, her case for regularization shall be considered within a period of six weeks from today.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
