This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 against the order dated
28/8/2020 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gwalior in Criminal Appeal No.103/2020, thereby affirming the order dated 10/7/2020 passed by the JJB,
Gwalior and against the order dated 3/5/2021, by which the case of the applicant has been transferred to the Children's Court.
This Criminal Revision against two orders is not maintainable. Accordingly, so far as the order dated 3/5/2021, by which the assessment has been
made by the JJB and the matter has been transferred to Children's Court is concerned, a liberty is granted to the applicant to assail the said order in a
separate Criminal Revision.
So far as the Criminal Revision against the order of rejection of his bail application is concerned, it is not out of place to mention here that this is the
third Criminal Revision for the same relief. The first Criminal Revision was dismissed by order dated 12/1/2021 passed in Criminal Revision
No.1971/2020 and the second Criminal Revision was dismissed by order dated 23/4/2021 passed in Criminal Revision No.855/2021. As no change in
circumstance could be pointed out in the Criminal Revision and there are allegations of rape against the applicant, accordingly, this Revision is
dismissed for want of prosecution.
