Judgment
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned transfer order dated 06.01.2022 petitioner has been transferred from Rajnandgaon
to Bemetara. He further submits that petitioner is going to be retired in the month of November, 2022, and her wife is suffering from cancer,
therefore, petitioner may be allowed to make representation before respondent No.1.
Learned State counsel submits the if petitioner files the representation, it will be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.1 within seven days from today which will be considered and
decided by respondent No.1 within further three weeks, in accordance with law and also on the medical ground raised by the petitioner. For the period
of four weeks impugned transfer order dated 06.01.2022 shall not be given effect.
With the aforesaid direction the instant writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
