(a)
This is an application filed u/s. 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the RP seeking withdrawal of CIRP in view of the resolution passed by the CoC with 100% voting. The resolution is placed at page 84 of this IA and is supported by Form FA, which is placed at page 86 of the IA.
(b)
In view of this position stated hereinabove, we allow this IA and CIRP is hereby closed. Accordingly, RP is discharged from her obligation and moratorium is discharged. Accordingly, CP(IB)/728(KB)2020 along with all the IAs shall stand disposed of. File be consigned to the records.
