Judgment
Jyoti Mulimani, J
Sri.S.M.Kulkarni., learned counsel for appellants and Sri.Jishnu J.Narayan., learned counsel on behalf of Sri.G.A.Srikante Gowda., for respondents have appeared in person.
Learned counsel Sri.S.M.Kulkarni., submits that Sri.Munivenkataswamy - appellant No.2 is personally present before the Court. Counsel further submits that he has filed a memo for himself and as a Special Power of Attorney Holder on behalf of appellants 1 & 3 to 5 stating that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In reply, learned counsel Sri.Jishnu J.Narayan., appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has no objection for the same.

Sri.Munivenkataswamy - appellant No.2 is personally present before the Court and he has been duly identified by his counsel Sri.S.M.Kulkarni. When queried by this Court, he submits that he has filed a memo for himself and as a Special Power of Attorney Holder on behalf of appellants 1 & 3 to 5 seeking withdrawal of the appeal and submits that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Taking note of the submission made by appellant No.2 for himself and on behalf of appellants 1 & 3 to 5 and also counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, the Regular Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
