O R D E R
Heard Learned Counsel Mr.Uma Shanker.G for the petitioner. It is reported that the IRP Mr.Abhay Kumar Jain, proposed by the financial creditor is expired and thus requested to appoint Mr.Abhinav Akkinapalli, as IRP in the place of Mr.Abhay Kumar Jain.
Perused the memo. Therefore, memo is allowed, Mr.Abhinav Akkinapalli, is hereby appointed as IRP as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.
