Dev Darshan Sud, J.—A common order is being passed in all these six petitions. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Advocate General for the State. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 26.5.2010 and 28.5.2010, the Petitioners have joined the investigation and report to the Police Station at Solan on 27.5.2010 and 29.5.2010.

From the record, I find that custodial interrogation of these Petitioners is not necessary nor they are required for effecting any recovery or otherwise. In these circumstances, these petitions are disposed of with the following directions:

(i) The Petitioners shall join investigation as and when called for.

(ii) The Petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence nor will make any attempt to influence/overawe prosecution witnesses or create any hindrance in the smooth conduct of the investigation.

(iii). The Petitioners will not abscond from the jurisdiction of the learned Sessions Judge, at Shimla and Solan. Sh. Veepul Lakhanpal is presently employed at Delhi. He may join his duty at Delhi subject to the condition that he shall leave his permanent address of Delhi, landline telephone number, mobile number with the Police Station, Solan and shall join investigation as and when called for.

(iv) Each of the Petitioners shall furnish personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

(v). In case of breach of any of these conditions, the Petitioners shall liable to be arrested forthwith without reference to this Court.

This order shall enure till challan has been filed in the competent Court, where after the Petitioners shall obtain regular bail in accordance with law. Petitions are disposed of. Registry is directed to place copy of this order in each petition. Dasti copy on usual terms.
