Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as Medical Officer at Civil Hospital Jawali, Tehsil Jawali, District Kangra, H.P. and ordered to be deputed temporarily for a period of thirty days at Civil Hospital, Nurpur, has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of the impugned order dated 28.10.2020, Annexure P-2, on the ground of adverse family circumstances.
Heard Mr. Malkeeyat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Vaidya, learned Senior Additional Advocate General for the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondent/ authorities concerned, within one week from today, in the light of the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the respondent/authorities shall decide the representation of the petitioner, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within one week. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
