Mr. Rishabh Jain, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Applicant seeks time to file a preliminary report as contemplated under the Code.
Since no one has appeared on behalf of RoC and IBBI, the Applicant is given liberty to serve fresh notice on RoC and IBBI. The Court Officer is directed to serve the E-Notice to the RoC and IBBI.
In case, the RoC does not file report and appear on the next date of hearing, it will be deemed that the RoC has no objection in the present matter and the matter will be heard and decided on merits.
