Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody and he would further submit that he intends to question the order passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.577/2013 before the Hon'ble Apex Court. He further submits that he is required to produce custody certificate and in this regard he has made a representation to respondent No.2. The representations at Annexure-B and C are not yet considered by the respondents.
This Court has considered the submissions made at the bar and also perused the records.
Since the petitioner intends to file a special leave petition against the aforementioned order, the representations made by the petitioner seeking custody certificate is required to be considered on priority basis.
Accordingly, respondents are directed to consider the representations at Annexures -B and C and shall pass appropriate orders within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the certified copy this order.
