Learned counsel for appellants has filed a memo. The same reads as hereunder:

"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL

The undersigned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail by the sessions court, Davanagere, in Spl.C No.401/2026, vide order dated 16.09.2026. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition and same may be taken on record, in the interest of justice."
