Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
Learned Senior Additional Advocate General has placed on record a communication dated 05.08.2020, relevant portion whereof reads as under:-
“I am directed to refer to your office letter No. HFW-H(I)B(2)-110/91-3176 dated 19.05.2018, 02.06.2018, 29.06.2018, HFW-H(I)B(6)135/91-
7429 dated 10.04.2019, 06.11.2019 and HFW-H(I)B(6)-143/91 dated 30.01.2020 and 06.06.2020 on the subject cited above and to convey the
approval of the Government to revive the panel in relaxation of Rules of Business and Procedure of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission,
Hamirpur and these 18 left out candidates (from NHM) may be recruited under RKS contract from the roster points in respect of which requisition
for recruitment of Staff Nurses have already been placed by your office with the HPSSC, Hamirpur. The said approval of the government is accorded
subject to the condition that the appointment would be considered prospectively from the date of appointment under RKS contract.
You are therefore, requested to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly under intimation to this office.â€
Since the judgment in question stands partly complied with, therefore, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue
appointment order(s) to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
For compliance to come up on 10.09.2020.
