Judgment
This appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed arising out of the judgment dated 23rd March, 2019 passed by the First
Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhopal in Regular Civil Suit HM No. 939/2016 allowing the suit seeking decree of divorce filed by the
respondent-husband.
During pendency of this appeal both the parties have submitted an application to dispose of this appeal in terms of the compromise. The terms of the
compromise are as under:-

On filing such an application, this Court vide order dated 25.6.2019 directed Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to record the statements of appellant as
well as respondent. Accordingly, their statements have been recorded today by Registrar (J-I) which are made available for perusal of this Court.
During the course of hearing, additional statement/undertaking of the respondent-husband has also been recorded by the Registrar (J-I) under his
signature regarding criminal as well as civil liability of the respondent-husband for non-compliance of the order of this Court, if the cheque of Rs.
10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh), which he has handed over to appellant-wife, is dishonoured at the relevant time. The said undertaking has been signed
by the respondent-husband.
Considering the aforesaid and as prayed by the learned counsel for both the parties, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that the
above said terms of compromise would be the part of this order.
