1.

Learned counsel for the appellant is absent. There is no representation for the appellant. The matter is listed today for the fourth time for compliance of office objections. On 08.11.2024, this Court has passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant again prays for a week’s time to comply with the office objections.

The petition is of the year 2023. The matter is listed for third time for compliance of office objections. Inspite of that the office objections are not complied with.

I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. However, to afford a final opportunity, as a last chance, a week's time is granted to comply with the office objections.

List this matter after one week. "

2.

Inspite of the said order, learned counsel for the appellant has not complied the office objections. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non compliance of office objections.
