This is an application under Section 12A of IBC for withdrawal of CP (IB) No. 52/CB/2024. This adjudicating authority vide order dated 29.08.2025 admitted an application filed under Section 9 by M/s Valiance Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Against the CD, Atmastco Ltd.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the IRP that the parties have settled the dispute between themselves. He seeks to withdraw CP (IB) No. 52/CB/2024.

Form FA has been attached with the application. It is also submitted by IRP that CIRP costs and expenses have been paid to him.
