The earlier application was dismissed on the ground that totally Rs.84 lakhs is involved in this matter. So far, no recovery has been made. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far this petitioner is concerned only Rs.2 lakhs is involved. Without any material, they have stated that Rs.84 lakhs have been involved in this case. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petitioner along with other accused issued bogus appointment order.

2.On earlier hearing CD file was produced and the statement of this petitioner indicates that totally Rs.88.43 lakhs have been involved in this matter. According to the respondent police, the money has been transferred from this petitioner's account to the third accused's account. The third accused could not be secured. His whereabouts is not known. The respondent would submit that no money is available in the account of the petitioner now.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the respondent police to secure the third accused.

4.Let the respondent visit the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, where the petitioner is now confined and enquire the petitioner about the address of the third accused. The the petitioner must give correct address of the third accused. After that only this petition will be considered.

5.List the matter on 05.09.2023.
