Judgment
Alok Aradhe, J
This petition has been filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of minor children of the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 viz., Master Ryan Jawahar P.S. and Master Evan Jawahar P.S.
In compliance of the order dated 13.03.2023, respondent No.4 had produced the children before us.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. In this connection, our attention has been invited to the joint memo filed on behalf of the parties, which has been duly signed by them. The terms and conditions of the settlement read as under:
The petitioner undertakes to verify whether any documents relating to her husband are there in her custody either in Mysore or in Bangalore and all the document will be returned to the respondent 4 through his counsel except passport.
The petitioner will give no objection to the school authorities regarding transfer certificates of both the children.
The respondent No.4 undertakes to bring both the children to the Bangalore mediation centre and provide visiting rights to the children once in 15 days from 11 AM for 3 hours.
The respondent No.4 undertakes to provide children to speak with their mother through video call every day for half an hour around 8 PM and she also undertakes not to interfere during the video conference.
The parties shall adhere to the terms and conditions of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties.
