The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Alathur, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.91/2016 within a time frame.
Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 08.04.2022, the learned Munsiff has by communication dated 20.06.2022, informed this Court that the above suit can be disposed of within a period of six months.
Heard; Sri. P.S.Gireesh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even though notice has been served on the respondents, there is no appearance for them.
In the light of the pleadings and materials on record, and the above-mentioned communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court as enshrined under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Alathur, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.91/2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, on or before 28.02.2023.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
