The petitioner is before this Court on a circumstance that his representation dated 14.02.2025, has gone unheeded.
Heard Sri Sachin B.S., learned counsel for petitioner and Smt. Prathibha R.K., learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a notice dated 21.03.2025, is received yesterday i.e., on 25.03.2025. Therefore, he would seek a week’s time to submit his reply and also request that the representation be considered after submission of his reply.
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the notice is issued seeking to furnish certain documents from the hands of the petitioner.
In the light of the aforesaid submissions, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the documents within one week from today, and in the event, the documents are submitted, the representation shall merit consideration within one week, at the hands of the respondents, thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed.
Ordered accordingly.
