Heard Learned Counsel, Mr. D. Paul for the petitioner.
According to Learned Counsel, the petitioner joined in service in SBI on 02.02.1993 as Jr. Associate and after that he was promoted to the post of Asst. Manager (JMGS-I) on 01.05.2018 and thereafter he was further promoted to the post of Deputy Manager (MMGS-II) on 18.04.2023.
In course of his discharging duty as Deputy Manager (Cash) at SBI, Agartala Branch the petitioner according to Learned Counsel was placed under Suspension in accordance with the Service Rules of the State Bank of India and the proceeding was drawn up and in terms of the proceeding his rank was reduced to Asst. Manager (JMGS-I). In the Departmental Proceeding five charges were framed against him and the Disciplinary Authority find him guilty and imposed punishment. He preferred appeal but that was dismissed. After that review also preferred by the petitioner that was also dismissed and challenging those orders, the present petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court seeking benefits.

So, issue notice upon all the respondents both by normal process and also by registered A/D post or speed post within 7 (seven) days and file proof of service.
