The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners with the prayer that directions be issued to Respondent No. 1 to consider their representation/legal notice dated 22.10.2013 for grant of sanction to initiate criminal proceedings against Respondent No. 5 and dispose of the same within 15 days.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made in the petition, State is directed to dispose of the representation dated 22.10.2013 of the Petitioners within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioners are residing in USA, hence the communication regarding disposal of the petition may be addressed to him as counsel for the Petitioners.
Accordingly, it is directed that orders passed by the State be communicated to learned counsel for the Petitioners through speed post.
Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
